We offer review appointments with the midwife here in the practice for pregnant women. We have clinics every other Monday afternoon. These are for review appointments only, your first appointment will take place in the hospital.

If you have found out you are pregnant, you will need to be referred to maternity services at the hospital. This is now done via self referral. Follow the following instructions to self-refer to the hospital in order to get a first midwife appointment.

3. Click on Maternity Services
4. Click on 'Baby and U - Your Pregnancy Journey'. 
5. Click on Self Referral Form for Causeway Hospital
6. Fill out form
